Montana Lodge and Bed & Breakfast Our main lodge at Swan Mountain Guest Ranch is a beautiful 6000 square foot log home with a game room, theater and hot tub. As the private home of Pat & Joanne Tabor, we operate our main lodge much like a bed and breakfast.Swan Mountain Ranch is a different lodging venue than most other hotels, lodges, bed and breakfasts, and guest ranches in Northwest Montana. First and foremost, Swan Mountain Ranch is a private secluded residence. So many lodges and cabin set ups are right in the middle of heavy traffic, congested visitor areas, and lack the “back country” open space feeling that visitors come to Montana for. When you stay at Swan Mountain ranch, you often forget there is a world out there. It is so quite a peaceful, guests start to truly unwind. Yet you are literally no more than an hour away from most top attractions. At Swan Mountain Ranch, there are very few rooms available, and therefore the experience is quite intimate. The vast majority of time, there is only one couple or family here at a time. Essentially guests have two choices: Stay in a cabin and do it yourself, or; stay in the lodge, and we’ll cook you breakfast. Most guests go out each night for dinner after they have spent the day exploring, and come home to cozy quiet surroundings to sit in the hot tub, or out on the deck by a fire watching the Swan Mountain change colors. Our Premier Room in the Main Lodge has its own private bath, four double size bunks sleeping up to 8, and private access to the hot tub. The three upstairs rooms in our Main Lodge are available as over flow for guests renting the Premier Room. These rooms access the same bathroom and are ideal for kids since each room has two beds adding an additional 6 available beds in the main lodge. |
