Our Montana Guest Ranch: Swan Mountain Ranch
 Swan Mountain Outfitters is the exclusive operator of Swan Mountain Guest Ranch which offers you a unique, year-round Montana lodging experience. The private setting of our Montana guest ranch, with the nearest neighbor over 7 miles away, is hard to beat. In addition, in most cases, only one family or group will be booked at our ranch or at any one time, ensuring you and your family or friends, exclusive use of our facilities. Swan Mountain Guest Ranch boasts scenic mountain views and the serenity of a quiet forest setting. We have a private pond stocked with cutthroat and miles of hiking, riding and skiing trails on state land on all four borders.Activities at Swan Mountain Guest Ranch During the winter months we operate a cross-country ski resort based at Swan Mountain Ranch. During our hunting, pack and fishing trip season, guests can use our special transport/lodging packages before and after their trips. Non-guided hunters can rent the cabin at our guest ranch during spring or fall so that they can access the game rich Swan Valley for bear in the spring, and bear, elk and deer in the fall. Summer guests can use the facilities as a launching point to explore Northwest Montana or as a base for family reunions or weddings. From our Guest Ranch, we can arrange a variety of activities for you either through Swan Mountain Outfitters or through other operators located throughout the Swan-Seeley and Flathead Valleys. Main Lodge Our main lodge at Swan Mountain Guest Ranch is a beautiful 6000 square foot log home with a game room, theater and hot tub. As the private home of Pat & Joanne Tabor, we operate our main lodge much like a bed and breakfast. Our Premier Room in the Main Lodge has its own private bath, four double size bunks sleeping up to 8, and private access to the hot tub. The three upstairs rooms in our Main Lodge are available as over flow for guests renting the Premier Room. These rooms access the same bathroom and are ideal for kids since each room has two beds adding an additional 6 available beds in the main lodge. Guest Cabin Swan Mountain Guest Ranch has a separate 1100 square foot guest cabin that includes a private bedroom with its own bath and queen sized bed, a bunkroom with 6 double bunks and 4 twins, a bunk loft with 4 mattresses. A separate bathroom accommodates the bunks. The cabin has a full kitchen, satellite TV, washer/dryer and phone. This luxurious cabin can handle a group of 15 comfortably. Amenities at the Main Lodge (theater, pool table, hot tub) can be accessed by those renting our cabin for an additional charge. |
