Weddings, Reunions & Special Events
Swan Mountain Ranch is the perfect setting to hold a wedding, reunion, corporate retreat, party or other special event. We have hosted groups as large as 200 people, and can provide as little as just the venue, to full service including rentals of party equipment and provision of catering. Not only do we offer the privacy and solitude of the mountains, we can accommodate 40 or more people for lodging so guests do not have to drive.

  • Line Dancing lessons in our shop that has a 200 square foot concrete floor perfect for dancing
  • Volley Ball and picnic games
  • Buggy ride for the wedding party

  • Tent village for family reunions to keep cost down
  • RV (electrical) hookups for family members bringing their own lodging
  • Converted our fire ring to an alter, and hosted a 75 person mass service with the mountains as a backdrop
  • Hosted a senior executive group of 20 for a 6 day strategy retreat providing facilitation and outdoor experiential learning exercises

We have excellent sources for catering, so a group can virtually line-up any type of cuisine for their event from a posh sit down dinner, to a good old fashion country BBQ.
